1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using AI Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Use License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform strictly for creating and generating media content. You retain all commercial rights to the outputs you generate.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the service to generate illegal, non-consensual explicit content, copyright-infringing material, or deepfakes intended to deceive. Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination.
4. Credits and Billing
Services are billed based on a credit system. Purchased credits are non-refundable except as required by law. Credits never expire as long as your account remains active.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided 'as is'. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability or absolute reliability of the AI tools, which may be subject to third-party API downtimes.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AI Portal or its suppliers be liable for any consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our platform.
